How It Works 🔹 Step 1: Booking With the Underlying Issues Assessment, you will need to select any available session time to schedule your booking; no phone call will occur at this time - this is just so you are placed into the system and the required documents can be sent to you. 🔹 Step 2: The Intake Form Once you have been booked into the system, you will receive an email with a link to an intake form. You will need to complete this form, providing as much information you can and submit it once completed. You will also be asked to provide some photos of your child, if you are comfortable to do so 🔹 Step 3: Underlying Issues Assessment Once I have received your completed intake form and photos, I will explore the information provided and identify any underlying issues impacting your child's ability to sleep. Within 24 hours after I have received your documents, I will send you a detailed underlying issues assessment summarising my findings and your next moves.
