About the Consult

INVESTMENT: $90 WRITTEN ASSESSMENT The Sleep Quantity Assessment was designed to give you the information you need to address your concerns with your child's sleep, FAST! Once you schedule in for your assessment to be written, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive intake form so I can gain an insight on your child’s sleep presentation. Based on the information provided in your intake form, I will create a plan for you to address your sleep concern, focusing on the core sleep foundations. You will also be provided with step-by-step strategies you can apply to make the changes you're looking for. Please note, this assessment does NOT include exploring root issues to problematic sleep. Once I have completed your assessment, I will send this to you.
