About the Consult

Prior to the coaching session, you will be asked to complete an intake form so I can gain an insight as to what is behind your child's sleep presentation before we even begin. During the session, I will explore the root triggers to your child's sleep, assess all components of sleep and create a personalised plan for you based on your issues and goals. After our consult, you will be provided with a written document within 12-24 hours, detailing a recap of our conversation and step-by-step guidance on your strategies. The best component of my services is the post-consultation support. This includes one month of unlimited and extensive text/voice message support and one follow up phone call which can be used at your discretion. You will also gain unlimited and exclusive access to the Sleep Support Hub Facebook group. This means you have my lifetime support, beyond the one month of your sleep improvement plan. In this non-judgemental and supportive group, you can ask questions at any time, and I will navigate each new phase with you. Payment plans available of $70 per week for 6 weeks - only the first payment required before the consultation.
