Before the phone call, you will complete an intake form to provide insight into the factors contributing to your child’s sleep challenges. Based on the information you provide, I will prepare a pre-report outlining my findings regarding any underlying issues affecting your child’s sleep. This report will also include an overview of recommended changes to help achieve your sleep goals. You will receive the pre-report at least 24 hours before our scheduled call, giving you time to review it and jot down any questions for us to discuss. At the scheduled time, I will call you to go over the pre-report in detail. During this call, we will address any questions you have and explore the ideas, recommendations, and strategies tailored to your situation. Together, we will refine a plan that aligns with your goals and ensures clarity moving forward. Following the call, you will receive a detailed sleep assessment within 12-24 hours. This document will recap our conversation and provide a clear, step-by-step guide for implementing the recommended strategies. One of the most valued aspects of this service is the post-consultation support. For one month, you’ll have unlimited access to text and voice message support, allowing you to ask questions, seek reassurance, and troubleshoot as needed. You’ll also have a 30-minute follow-up phone call, which you can schedule at your convenience. Additionally, you will gain unlimited lifetime access to the Sleep Support Hub, an exclusive and supportive Facebook community. In this non-judgmental space, you can ask questions at any time, and I’ll continue to guide you through each new phase of your child’s sleep journey, even beyond the one-month support period. Payment plans are available at $70 per week for six weeks, with only the first payment required before the consultation. This ensures flexibility while making expert sleep support accessible.
