About the Consult

As a practicing Doula, my role is to provide you with the most positive and informative process whilst nurturing your needs. I endeavour to: • Respect, support and encourage you through your pregnancy, birth and post-partum periods • Treat you with kindness, consideration and without bias • Understand your goals and wishes • Accept and willingly support your wishes and preferences • Remind you of you right and choices • Assist you in reaching your needs • Remain open-minded to your partialities • Provide you with the best care and upmost support on your journey Package Inclusions: • 30-60 minute initial consultation (obligation-free) • 2 x 1-2 hour prenatal visits • Birth Plan •. Breastfeeding Plan (if needed) • Mum Hospital Pack • Labour and Birth Essential Oil Relaxation Spray • Discounts for future sleep consultations • On call between 37 and 42 weeks • Back-up Doula in case of a long labour (over 15 hours) and only if required • Post-partum support for 1-2 hours after birth (if needed) • 1 x 1-2 hour post-partum visit to debrief birth • Phone and email support throughout your pregnancy and labour • Recommendations for other support professionals • Discount off my other services • Ongoing membership to the private support group on Facebook • Bonus Newborn Sleep program (Payment Plans are available upon request)
